I feel truly blessed to be a wife to my wonderful husband, Mike, and a mother to my two remarkable adult sons, Nick and Austin. I cherish the everyday blessings we often overlook, such as the simple pleasures of family, friendships, and once again having the opportunity to travel—something I once only dreamed of. Additionally, being able to help others, which is my passion and calling, brings me immense joy.

As someone deeply connected to spirituality, I believe my life was preserved so I could impart the valuable tools and insights I gained throughout my wellness journey.
